- Prepare expense booking and any ad hoc adjustment required by manager,meeting monthly closing timeline with high quality

- Drive monthly accounting closing process;ensure that accounting documents,systems and procedures are in compliance with company policies and accounting practices.Ensure 100%meet GE Corp close/reporting deadlines

- Responsible for all subsidiary/regional financial statements in meeting both U.S.GAAP and local accounting principles;Ensure timely filing of local legal financial statements

- Finish account reconciliation on Monthly or Quarterly basis

- Be focal contact,actively communicate with business and solve inquiries.

- Assist Account Manager for internal and external financial audits

- Assist Account Manager to finish assigned project

- Ad-hoc tasks assigned

Job Title:AP Accountant

Location：Shanghai

Essential Responsibilities：

- Complete the new process transition and migration independently;document the operation procedures in standard format.

- Complete the invoice processing,payment processing,AP accounting,sub-ledgers closing,customer enquiry etc.timely.

- Responsible for verify,analyze,investigate and resolve payable invoice discrepancies and deficiencies.

- Need to be fully aware the accuracy,cycle time,etc…for uploading,payment,closing.

- Work closely with other team(BIZ,cashier,tax etc.)on any operational issues.

Job Title:：Advanced Accountant–SME

Location：Shanghai

Essential Responsibilities：

- Drive APAC bank recon process simplification with systematic solution

- Manage progress to schedule,prioritize,analyze and resolve within and cross-functional related finance system issues and process changes

- Project status tracking with associated mitigation plan and timely follow up

- Monitor,control and communicate project status,implications to stakeholders and people impacted

- Provide input to the design/testing/prioritization of financial system implementation and gathers CTQs from user groups from a thorough understanding of the operating context in which the system will be used

- Assist other Global/Regional system projects as needed
