在此将会为你们推出一个完整的F2攻略系列，以F2每一个chapter的知识点为主，做一些可爱的攻略笔记，希望能带你们来一场说过就过的F2之行。
今天是入门级攻略（一）——【Accounting for management】也就是我们的第一个chapter。这一章以理解记忆为主，难度不大，但一定不能懒，该背的就要背。
第一站：重点知识区
Financial acc vs Management acc：
1.概念：知道即可
FC：ensure that the assets and liabilities of a business/provide information about profits/to shareholders and other interested parties(external users).
MC：provide information for the use of managers within an organisation.这里要注意的点就是MC也是属于财务部门的，只是为了给managers提供财务信息。
2.区别：记住这张表格，选择题就不怕了
两者的相同点：都是会计/使用同样的数据。

掌握这张图就so easy
4.Anthony’s view of management activity
清楚管理活动的划分，如何区分，知道时间跨度
Strategic planning:高层领导制定总目标并进行修改，长期的：2-10yrs
Tactical/management control（两个名称都要记住）：中高层管的是如何有效使用资源→记住4m:men，money,machine,material，短期的：1mth-1yr
Operational control:部门以下小领导，执行具体（Specific）任务,day to day
第二站：非重点知识区
1.Management control system控制管理系统
记住关键字即可：measures&corrects,met the aim,carry out the plan
记得与management information system区分：
describe the hardware and software used to drive a database system which produces information outputs that are easily assimilated by management
2.Cost accounting成本会计
Cost acc是management acc的部分，不能等同
Cost acc是给management acc提供成本数据
Cost acc不适合做决策，因为做决策时，信息一定是相关而且会结合不确定性的，
而成本会计就是单纯地记录历史数据并不具有不确定性。
第三站：挑战区
